Check out Lindsey Olivares blog. I spent a while looking through her past posts, her work is definitely worth taking a look. And she's a recent graduate of Ringling, a badass college of art and design.

b&w head painting
Quick unfinished study from life, two hours? I'm not sure how long it was with breaks. Excuse the horrible camera phone photo please! I can't find my good camera's card reader.

Dr. Sketchy's
So I'm hoping that one day a Dr. Sketchy's will pop up in Salt Lake City. I have a friend who attends the Ontario(?) sessions, and she loves it. Modeling for them would be fun too. I'm in a head painting class right now and its great practice but very hard to stick to reality. I need to go to more figure sessions out side of class. I'll post one of the head studies soon.
